Why is Greenwood Indiana underrated? If people don't believe it's underrated then why is it so often overlooked? There's no question the cities you find on the north side of Indianapolis like Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, and Zionsville are extremely nice places to live. However, they are the most expensive cities to live in around Indianapolis. Greenwood Indiana just to the south of Indianapolis is sometimes a fantastic option for people that they just seem to miss. It's larger than what people realize and has more highly rated school systems than generally known as well. Need a Target or Home Depot? Plenty there. What about Costco? Yes... it's there.
