This is our “foundation”, and is strongly tied to our physical selves • When our Root is balanced, we can experience: • Security, groundedness, motivation, high energy, passion, confidence, good physical health, success, courage, a sense of belonging, and feeling “alive”. • When our Root is overactive, we may experience: • A domineering nature, self-centeredness, addiction to money/sex, violent personality, greediness, materialism, anger, distrust, or recklessness. • When our Root is under-active, we may experience: • Nervousness, insecurity, fatigue, poor circulation, fear of change, overly cautious nature, or heavy concern with physical survival. • ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ • The goal of this meditation is to help return you to energetic balance, regarding your Root.
