ROCHESTER POLICE ACCOUNTABILITY BOARD • • The PAB is open for reports from the public. Reports may be filed by anyone, including any person who had an encounter with RPD or was the subject of police action, a third party (witness, a parent or guardian, spouse), a legal representative, an RPD employee, or supervisors. Let us know your experience with police misconduct or police behaviors that point to unfair policies or violations of policies.
