In todays exercise tutorial, I show you how to do high knees for beginners! High knees are a great exercise becuase they challenge your stamina, burn a lot of calories, and improve your coordination! I like to add them in my dynamic stretching or in my HIIT workouts. Sometimes I will do High Knees for 30 seconds and other times I will do them fo 90 seconds.
