mouse and media keys work but letters wont! easy fix. Firstly turn keyboard off.. now remove usb receiver from the pc usb port. now turn keyboard on and put it right next to the usb port your going to put the usb receiver in. now plug the usb receiver into the usb port and wait 10 seconds. your keyboard should now work.
