We then embark on an adventure, utilizing the convenience of Grand Taxis to journey to Volubilis and Meknes, Morocco. • Our exploration begins at the awe-inspiring Volubilis, an ancient archaeological site that unveils the remnants of a bygone civilization. We wander through the well-preserved ruins that tell stories of the past. After delving into the marvels of Volubilis, we hop back into our trusty Grand Taxis, enabling us to effortlessly travel to the city of Meknes, Morocco. • Meknes beckons us with its charm and fascinating landmarks. Our afternoon unfolds with visits to prominent attractions such as the Meknes Medina, and the renowned Dar Jamai Museum, which houses a treasure trove of artistic and cultural artefacts. As the day progresses, we have a wonderful opportunity to visit a local family home, where we're treated to a delectable homemade camel burger—an authentic culinary experience that immerses us in Moroccan flavours. • As late afternoon descends, we make our way to the station, eagerly boarding the Meknes to Fez Train. Today's journey holds a special surprise, as we indulge in the comforts of First Class travel, finding ourselves in a private compartment designed to accommodate six passengers.
