This little beast is essentially an accelerometer wrapped in a sweet package that will measure activity level. All you gotta do is create a profile, update the firmware, and you're ready to go! • • Nike was good at including accessories especially those that allow you to adjust and size the band to your needs. It was as simple as removing links in your watch.
