I have made them in bowls, ramekins, and even mugs. • Although my recipe is made with coconut flour, you can also use almond flour and many other nut flours! If you are following the keto diet, you will be happy to know that coconut flour bread has: • ~~~~~~~~ • Calories: 255 • Fat: 21g • Protein: 9g • Carbs: 8g • Fiber: 6g • Sugar: 2g • (8g Carbs - 6g Fiber= 2g net carbs) • • These slices of keto bread are absolutely amazing- however, they can be dense and very filling (who is complaining right?) • My specific recipe is a mixture of a few different ones I found online and modified to my own liking. Some options you can also choose are to add different spices, flavorings, and toppings.
