Padscicles for Postpartum Recovery HowTo DIY Sarah Lavonne

I present to you, How to Make a Padscicle for healing your postpartum vagina! Padscicles are all the rage on Pinterest, and really, they do soothe your sore vagina, can help with swelling and boost healing! Feeling sore? Did you tear? Cook these up (rather, freeze them) as you prepare for after birth and you’ll be ready with a soothing treat for that vag! Ingredients/supplies needed: witch hazel, aloe vera, lavender essential oil (therapeutic grade), pads or 4x4 gauze pads, something to store them in and something to mix the mixture with! Easy! If you're doing the second option, make sure to not oversaturate the gauze... Then when you're ready, thaw them for a few minutes and they'll pull apart easier.
