Hazrat Ali (R.A.) reached the Fort of Qamoos and invited the Jews to Islam, but they responded to this invitation with bricks and stones and arrows and swords. And the chief of the fort, Marhab came out with a pompous pomp. A Yemeni wearing a yellow dhata on his head and wearing a stone head on top of it, reciting this verse of Rajs, went forward for the attack. • قدْ علمتْ خيبرُ انِّيْ MUرَحّبِ • Complainant of the weapon invalid • Khyber knows very well that I am welcoming , armed, very brave and experienced. • Hazrat Ali, may God be pleased with him, recited this verse in response to him: • I am the mother of Haiderah. • All the forests are beautiful. • I am that my mother named me Haider (Lion). Then he, may Allah be pleased with him, struck his head with such force that with one stroke he cut himself, Maghuffrakta and Zulfiqar Haidari biting his head down to his teeth, and the sound of the sword hit reached the army and the blessed land. And without a doubt, Allah Ta'ala granted him the victory of Khaibar by the hand of him, and Allah Ta'ala honored him with the honorable title of the conqueror of Khaibar until the Day of Resurrection, and this is the great victory that completed In Jazirat al-Arab , the funeral of the fighting power of the Jews was carried out. Before the conquest of Khyber, Islam was in a state of conflict with the nexus of Jews and pagans, but after the conquest of Khyber, Islam got out of this terrible conflict and the doors of Islamic conquests were opened. So only after that Makkah was also conquered. Therefore, it is an undisputed fact that all Islamic conquests are associated with the character of the conqueror of Khyber. However, Qamoos Fort of Khyber was conquered after twenty days of siege and fierce fighting.
