Is it terrifying AshFur amp CrowFeather AU more in description

The AU idea explained: After AshFur was hurt by SquirrelFlight he slowly ends up becoming friends with CrowFeather from seeing each other at gathering and because they had a connection with the same sisters. They both are heartbroken and decided to become friends and heal together. CrowFeather has gone through multiple heartbreaks with FeatherTail and LeafPool so he seems he would understand more. It is kind of a redemption arch for AshFur what if he never lashed out at SquirrelFlight in the fire? What if he never died? Would he have found another mate? I don’t think he would find a mate but I think he would be able to heal with his new friend CrowFeather who was also heartbroken by SquirrelFlight’s sister LeafPool.
