Hi, this one is the third part about the making of the my personal project the King Vulture or Zopilote Rey , you can see the finish result of all process here: • http://www.blenderartists.org/forum/s... • The motivation of this project is to make something from nature to represent my nation , was initially going to make the condor of Andes , but I found this one more interesting because the colors him had (yellow, red, black , almost tricolor ) . • made with blender 2.69. • ----------------------- OVERVIEW PROCESS----------------------- • *Finish the sculp process I set the same multires level for all separate pieces (for not lose the work on sculp), and merge all. • *When all pieces are merge, I clean some mark seam that born while I extrude. Next I make the first unwrap for see the uv distribution, and try each island occupe the higher space on possible on all square texture. • *I use the secure tool ( p on uv view) on borders uv from each island, That form permit focus on relax uv using unwrapping method, or sculp tools for uv ( press q on uv view, the brushes how inflate (p), grabe (g) and specially relax (s tab) ), and aling the uvs with aling tools (press w on uv mode), for all caruncle because his form not occupate much space before. • I hope I'm a little contribution in their work. • thanks for you attention.
