It seems really simple but you can start it right away to help reduce adhesions, tightness and pulling in the scar area as well as connect with your deep core muscles as your first step in re-training your core. Start by inhaling in through your nose for 4 seconds or more. While you do this your belly should rise and inflate with air. Exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds or more and your belly should release all the air and relax downward.
