I am doing final modifications on this rig before it goes into retirement as an off highway only vehicle. The mounting location here makes it possible to both fill and empty the fuel can without removing it from the rack, but it can be removed so that it can be hauled to town and filled without having to drive the soon to be not-street-legal rig to get fuel. The fuel transfer to the main tank is then relatively easy using a siphon hose, not those absurdly delicate euro style fuel can nozzles.
