My name is Gaia from Life of Gaia, and as always, it's an honor and a privilege to be here with you to share about ancient smudging practices and smudging rituals. • For those of you who don't know, smudging or saging is an ancient practice which uses holy smoke from sacred plants to infuse your environment with positive energy and to cleanse people spiritually and their environments. But it's also a ritual and a practice that's very much about connection, and so we wanted to create connection with our community. • How are we going to do this? Over the next couple of weeks, we are going to be interviewing experts and leaders, not only in the spiritual field but in a variety of fields.
