Ruskington, Lincolnshire. • • M/S of Jim Foster, wheeling a four-seater bicycle with a small trailer attached out of a driveway and onto the road outside his house. His wife, Margaret, and daughter appear and put two toddlers, Lynne and Julie, into the trailer. • • Jim, Margaret, son Dennis and daughter Christine then get on the four-seater and pedal off; an older daughter, Janet, and son, David, ride a tandem bike with another toddler, Shirley, in a sidecar attached; another daughter, Susan, follows on a regular bike. All are in shorts. • • Various shots of the family cycling along roads, including C/U of four pairs of feet in shoes and socks pedalling fast (only the young daughter wears plimsolls - the rest wear normal shoes).
