Separate the upper and lower halfs of the key. Using a screw driver push into the parting line and gently push the halfs from each other. • Step 3: Open the lower half that contains the battery. Lay the screw driver side ways in the slot and give it a twist to open the case. • Step 3: Remove the battery carefully using a small screw driver. • Step 4: Replace the battery. • Step 5: Put the outer shell together and gently press and snap the two half's in place. • Step 6: Push the two halfs together to put the complete key assembly back.
