Two Dinner recipes a vegetable chilli and a chickpea kale recipe both are quick easy to make. Those recipes are great for vegan beginners. Ingredients in the chilli include one onion, 1 courgette or zucchini, 1 red bell pepper and 1 red chilli pepper, a can of red kidney beans and a can of tomatoes. A teaspoon of chilli powder and chilli flakes (subject to taste).
