Siren went off 2 times during the video WITH NEW PRE-RECORDED VOICE ANNOUNCEMENTS! This modulator located at Veterans Park is a Modulator 5020. All of Lexingtons sirens are modulators with Ultravoice. For Severe Thunderstorm Warning, they do Westminster Chime. We used to get voice activations every now and then, and at the end, you would hear the signal to cut power to the horn. Now, every activation has a voice announcement that is pre-recorded, and much easier to understand.
