Body fat percentage can be calculated at home! All you need is a measuring tape if you're a lady and a measuring tape and a scale if your'e a guy and a calculator and you'll be good to go. Body fat percentage is a more accurate tool for assessing your health than your BMI which we discussed in last week's video. You don't need to go to the gym and have a trainer use calipers or another device to find your body fat percentage either!
