JUICY Chicken Kabobs Campfire Recipe

CAMPFIRE KABOBS RECIPE • CLICK MORE TO SEE RECIPE • (Prepare campfire or Grill with charcoal or wood) • • INGREDIENTS (Yield: 4 Chicken Kabobs ) • 1 Orange Bell pepper • 1 Red Bell pepper • Half a Onion • 12 small potatoes (smaller the better) • 1 bunch of Asparagus (thicker the better) • 1 lemon • 1/2 of a Sausage Link • 4 boneless Chicken Thighs • 1 bottle of Olive oil • Lemon pepper • Garlic Salt • Pepper • Salt • Wooden Skewers • • STEPS • VEGETABLES • Cut up your Bell pepper into squares and quarter your half onion • Next cut your Asparagus in half and slice your lemon. Than set to aside. • Than grab your small potatoes and poke about 5 holes in each of them with a skewer to speed up the cooking time. • Next spread out all your vegetables on a flat surface and lather all of vegetables with olive oil. Than sprinkle Lemon Pepper, Garlic Salt, black pepper, and salt all over the vegies. Set to aside. • MEAT • Cut up half of a sausage link and set to aside. • Next grab your chicken thighs and lather the up with oil. Than sprinkle Lemon Pepper, Garlic Salt, black pepper, and salt all over them and start forming your Kabobs • ASSEMBLY • (You can assemble your Kabobs in any order but just make sure your potatoes are at the end so your Kabob dose not fall apart) • -Place your potato, bell pepper, onion, sausage, and Asparagus on the skewer. • -Than place your chicken thigh on the skewer by weaving it ( enter the outside and inside twice on you thigh) • Next Add your potato, bell pepper, onion, asparagus , chicken, lemon and potato to the skewer. • Grill for 15 to 25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees • Thank you Guys so much for watching, i love yall so much and appreciate all yalls support.
