BlackVue DR900S2CH WiFi problem

A short video documenting an issue I'm having getting this unit to broadcast it's SSID so I can connect my phone to it to use the BlackVue app. • In terms of troubleshooting, I have tried several things... • With the default WiFi credentials • Power cycle the WiFi on the camera and on the receiving device • Power cycle the camera and the receiving device • Having taken the SD card out of the camera and plugged it into the laptop, using the BlackVue viewer app, I changed the default SSID to something simpler using only lower cost letters and numerals. I then re tried the above steps. • After a suggestion that it could be the cloud service causing the issue, I checked this and found it wasn't even turned on. So I enabled it and set up a hotspot which would be provided by my phone. • You will see the result in the video. • [Edit] further testing has shown that both the 2.4 and 5.0 GHz WiFi bands are working.
