How to make Lamb Stew with dumplings

Serves 6 • Cooking time: 1 hrs 35 mins • 1 1/2 Lamb Cuts • 1- 112 Tbs sugar • 1 small onion • 2 Garlic • 2 small carrots • 1/4 Breadfruit • 1/2 Cassava • 1 small yam • 1/3 Small Red pepper • 2 celery • 3 Thyme sprigs • 3 Bay leaves • Start by seasoning meat overnight with seasonings and herbs of choice. Store in the fridge allowing to marinate. • In a medium to high heated saucepan, add sugar until it begins to bubble. Once completed add to pan lamb; mixing well until completely caramelized. Cover and continue to cook on medium to heat allowing the meat to produce its own liquid mixing frequently until liquid evaporates. • Once completed, add eight cups of hot water to the pan covering in a process to tenderize the meat.
