What is a scotch egg? Probably one of the best inventions known to the foodie world! An egg wrapped in meat and deep fried. • I have just started this channel to get us all questioning WHY?! Why do we do something in the kitchen, why does it work, why doesnt it work? • I always think it's good to be inquisitive and question stuff and think where a recipe can go.. I am not brilliant with recipes as I always get carried away and want to adapt something to work with what I have. • The recipe...
