DIY Pullup Bar amp Hangboard using climbing holds wall mounted cannonballs and a pipe

We built a pullup station and hangboard that is adjustable on our wall using a french cleat system! We hope this gives you the ideas and knowledge to build your own that is even better!! • The wall this hangs on is what we had built previously for the pegboard and campus board to hang on among other things. The style of training we do is obstacle training which would include American Ninja Warrior, Obstacle Course Racing (think Spartan and Tough Mudder races), and follow some calisthenics as well.
