How to Create and Edit Panel Borders in Clip Studio Paint

Since I'm getting a LOT of questions about it, the Page system on the left is part of EX and isn't available on the Pro version of Clip Studio Paint. If you have EX, just tick to Multiple Pages checkbox on the New Page dialogue box when you have Comic at the top (by Use of Work). I you don't have EX, you can just save a Preset for your pages, so they're all consistent. Hopefully that helps! • — — • Hey guys!
