Mark Blumenstein came to West Virginia in the 1970's. While living on his brother's farm he began recycling discarded farm tools to decorate the side of a barn, which eventually led to his career as a metal sculptor. Today he is a Tamarack award-winning artist recognized for his art which is both whimsical and kinetic.
