Toast • 1 sliced bread (sourdough, country loaf) • 1 pack bunapi-shimeji mushroom (or brown beech mushroom) • Scallion Cream Cheese • 115g plain cream cheese • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder • 1/8 cup sliced scallion (use more or less, as desired) • pinch of salt • Sauté the mushrooms with salt and pepper.
