This recipe is easy to follow, and the result is a tender, flavorful fish that pairs wonderfully with your favorite sides. Let’s get started! • Ingredients: • 2 tilapia fish fillets • 2 tablespoons olive oil (vegetable oil) • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 teaspoon paprika • 1 teaspoon white pepper • 1 teaspoon dried ginger powder • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 2 cubes of Maggi • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper • 1 habanero • Fresh parsley for garnish and any green ingredients (optional) • Instructions: • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). • Prepare the Baking Dish: Lightly grease a baking dish with a bit of olive oil or non-stick spray. • Season the Tilapia: In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle the tilapia fillets with olive oil and then sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the fillets. • Arrange in the Baking Dish: Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the prepared baking dish. Cover each fillet with aluminum foil paper. • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. • Garnish: Remove aluminum foil from fish. Garnish fish with the cooked green sauce or hot red sauce of choice for at least 3-5 minutes. • Serve with your favorite sides such as fried plantain, bobolo, fried fries, steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. • Enjoy your delicious and healthy oven-baked tilapia!
