Day 3: After our first night at Kalalau, we explore the beach and caves and go for a swim. We then hike back into Kalalau Valley to find Big Pool – a pristine swimming hole tucked deep in one of Kauai’s most isolated valleys. We get lost several times and have to find our way onto the correct trail, but the stunning scenery and variety of terrain and plants make it a thoroughly enjoyable adventure! Be sure to watch until the end to see how we finish our day. For RJ's 30th Birthday, Megan, RJ, and their closest friend, Jenna fly to the island of Kauai in Hawaii to scratch off a bucket-list item - hike the world-famous Kalalau Trail. • The Kalalau Trail is an 11-mile trail that leads from Ke’e Beach along the Na Pali Coast on the island of Kauai in Hawaii. The trail provides the only land access to this part of the rugged coast and traverses 5 valleys before ending at Kalalau Beach. The trail is graded but almost never level as it crosses above towering sea cliffs and through lush valleys and has been named one of the most beautiful, and dangerous, hikes in the world. • Peep our BLOG for weekly content on ALL THINGS TRAVEL • http://www.goseetheplace.com/ • Find us on FACEBOOK to see where we’re up to •   / goseetheplace   • Learn you some travel knowledge on PINTEREST •   / goseetheplace   • Make sure you SUBSCRIBE for future Travel Vlogs
