Syngrity had the privilege of collaborating with existing client @Dhruva Advisors LLP for another reflection-based workshop for their Senior Leadership Team in UAE @Dhruva Consultants. • With an objective similar to our earlier workshop for Senior Leaders in Mumbai, we delved into the intersections of ‘Self’, ‘Others’ and ‘Business’, to craft participants’ personal leadership brand statements. • Our approach involved the use of different methodologies such as our signature communication piece - Style of Language for fostering presence through voice and speech, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) tools and frameworks for self-discovery and managing interpersonal relations, and Moving Canvases, our art-based intervention exploring organizational values and behaviors. • We also had the privilege of having long-time Syngrity collaborator - Yasser Bilgrami - join us and introduce participants to Internal Alchemy, our unique stress-alleviating program designed to realign elements of the body. • A heartfelt thank you to @Dhruva Advisors LLP and @Dhruva Consultants for entrusting us with this important learning journey, and to all the participants for their active engagement. • Shoutout to @Priyanka, @Vikram and @Yasser for doing what they do so well!
