Eggless Mocha Cupcakes

Yet another moist and delicious eggless cupcakes recipe. And these are not just your regular cupcakes. They are 'Mocha' Cupcakes. Chocolate and coffee blend just beautifully in these delightful treats and every bit will leave you wanting more (especially if you are a chocoholic and coffeeholic like me ;) (Is mochaholic a word? XD) These are really easy to make too as you can probably see.
