Social media isn't one of them. • Washington State has been all over the social media headlines this week -- starting with the controversial comments from the College GameDay crew. • Shut up Washington State, I'm about sick of you, said GameDay analyst Pat McAfee, who bashed WSU following Dickert's comments towards fellow GameDay analyst Lee Corso. • According to college football insider Bruce Feldman, he reported that Dickert is a strong candidate for the head coaching position at Michigan State. • I love my job, Dickert said. That's the thing with social media. I've not talked to any university out there. We're focused on right here, right now and what we're going to do with this team. • The distractions are nothing new to WSU. The Cougars have endured an offseason of conference realignment. WSU is still undefeated and ranked in the top 25. • Whether they love you and they're heaping praise, I think that's hard to handle and be humble to all that, Dickert said.
