Rich, creamy and flavorful, try this recipe at home now! • #OlpersDairyCream #GoodnessBarhao #FoodFusion #happycookingtoyou #digitalammi • Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/4hHZ8ML • Visit our store: https://www.fusionhomepk.com • Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com • Download iOS Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app • Facebook:   / foodfusionpk   • Instagram:   / foodfusionpk   • Twitter:   / foodfusionpk   • Also follow for healthy food kids' special recipes. • Healthy Fusion⭕    / @healthyfoodfusion   • Food Fusion Kids⭕    / @foodfusionkids   • 00:00 Boneless Afghani Chicken Handi • 00:09 Prepare Masala • 00:37 Preparing Chicken • 01:46 Prepare Gravy • 02:58 Aray waah • Serves 5-6 • Recipe in English: • Ingredients: • -Pyaz (Onion) 1 large • -Kaju (Cashew nuts) 12-13 • -Water ½ Cup • -Adrak (Ginger) sliced 1-inch piece • -Lehsan (Garlic) 7-8 cloves • -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 6-7 • -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful • -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup • -Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs • -Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste • -Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp • -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp • -Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp • -Garam masala powder ½ tsp • -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp • -Lemon juice 1 ½ tbs • -Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature) • -Boneless chicken cubes 750g • -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs • -Cooking oil ½ tbs • -Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium • -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium • -Cooking oil 4-5 tbs • -Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs • -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4 • -Laung (Cloves) 2 • -Water ¼ Cup or as required • -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke • -Makhan (Butter) • -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped • Directions: • -In a saucepan,add onion,cashew nuts water,bring it to boil cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. • -Let it cool. • -Transfer to a blending jug,add ginger,garlic,green chillies,fresh coriander,blend well set aside. • -In a dish,add yogurt,blended paste,coriander powder,pink salt,white pepper powder,cumin powder, dried fenugreek leaves,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,lemon juice,cream mix well. • -Add chicken mix well,cover with cling film marinate for 30 minutes. • -In a cast iron skillet,add cooking oil heat it. • -Add marinated chicken cook on medium flame from all sides until done (6-8 minutes) reserve remaining marinade for later use. • -In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,capsicum sauté for 1 minute set aside. • -In the same wok,add cooking oil,butter let it melt. • -Add green cardamom,cloves cook for a minute. • -Add reserved marinade,mix well cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. • -Add water,mix well bring it to boil. • -Add cooked chicken,mix well,cover cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes. • -Add sauteed onion capsicum mix well. • -Turn off the flame give coal smoke for 2 minutes. • -Garnish with butter,fresh coriander serve!
