I love me a cable focused workout and I love me a good hotel gym! Here’s a handful of exercises I trained as part of my “push” day. I typically do a push pull split and Tuesday/Friday are my push days. I use that focus to build out the workout I want to do. Helps me pick the exercises and movements that I want to focus on.
