It's made out of 18K yellow gold with white mother of pearl. I actually thought it was rose gold until I looked on the receipt because I know Van Cleef Arpels do some gorgeous rose gold pieces and the yellow gold looks rose gold compared to Cartier's yellow gold. • This is a great little entry piece from VCA and I adore how dainty it is.
