During the investigation, the police arrested a 57-year-old male, Alexs Castillo of Newton, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Possession of Burglar Tools [2C:5-5A(1)]. Mr. Castillo was found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ with no bail. Mr. Castillo was issued his complaint summons and was subsequently transported to the North Bergen Police Department. • These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. • #nike #crime #kohls
