I need to go three times a week until my cataracts go below 10%, then I weekly for a month, fortnightly for another month and then monthly afterwards for maintenance. I also take Triphala powder nightly — a small jar costs RM12 and lasts 10 days, so a month’s supply costs RM36. • If I go for one-week in-patient stay, its costs RM250 a day, inclusive of all treatments, meals and accommodation. That’s RM1,750 in total. The advantage of in-patient stay is that I can do more types of treatment. • If three others want to do ayurveda treatment, we can share a room for four, and get a discount. • The Akubekam costs RM200 an hour; but if I buy a package of 5 hours (enough to last a year, if I go every two-three months), it costs only RM680. There is a promotional package until 15 December, where the orice is reduced to RM630. Please help me take advantage of this promotion. • The acupuncture at Tung Shin Hospital costs RM20 per session. A month’s supply of Zheng Yan Ming Pian TCM for my eyes cost RM37.50.
