Cook for 3-4 minutes or until brown. • Add onions, bell peppers and jalapeno (optional). Cook and stir for a couple minutes. • Add minced garlic, bay leaf and spices. • Cook and stir for 30 seconds and then add in beef broth, salsa verde and enchilada sauce.
