I hope you all Villain Kids had the chance to see Descendants 3. If not, you don’t know what you’re missing. In my opinion, it was the best one yet! • What I especially loved about it was of course all the great music and dancing, but also the fact that it’s one of those movies that you can watch over and over again and enjoy it more each time, finding new little details you missed before. • Of course, it had some flaws and bloopers here and there. What movie doesn’t? Can Audrey do Magic? • Before Audrey even stole the Queen's scepter she somehow managed to put the guard to sleep and open the gates without even touching them, then, from maybe 5 feet away, she spread the curtains apart to reveal the scepter. Many fans consider this as some kind of inconsistency because there was no sign in the previous Descendants saga of Audrey being able to do any kind of spells. • Number 9. Why only one Elder Guard to Watch such Important and Powerful Artifacts? • I just can't figure out why there was only one elderly guy guarding such important items, not to mention something as powerful as the Queens Scepter. It wasn't bad enough that everything was secured in a glass case except the most important of all, the Queens Scepter, but there were no alarms, no big Doberman Pincher's that look at you like you're a juicy steak, no booby traps where you step on a certain spot and fall in a pit, and no red light ray thingy's that throw sharp objects at you when you cross them. • Number 8. Doug’s Hair • Right before Ben asks Mal to marry him, we see Doug leading the band and dancing next to Evie with a ponytail in his hair and a hat on. Then right after Ben proposes to Mal, Doug starts to play the guitar with his hair hanging down all nicely brushed and even styled. What did he do? Throw off the hat and remove the rubber band from his hair and toss it, then brush his hair out in just five seconds? That's how Doug rolls apparently! • Number 7. Dizzy’s Dress • And Dizzy does a quick transformation as well. In the very beginning, during the VK’s performance of the song “It’s good to be bad”, we see Dizzy first sweeping outside and then dancing behind Evie wearing a long patchwork dress, then just six seconds later we see her dancing with the rest of the VK’s in a different, more fashionable outfit. • Number 6. Mal’s Spray Painting • At the same time, while the group is singing, dancing, and flipping away… Mal is supposed to be spray-painting something on an old barn door, but you can clearly see that she is not really painting anything. Maybe she's using some kind of magic disappearing ink? • Number 5. Jane’s Birthday Cake • While Evie is throwing apples to Jay, we see that there is a piece missing from Jane’s cake. We know that the culprits are Dizzy and Celia since they are seen eating the cake, the funny thing is, they each have a piece of their own when there is only one piece of the cake missing, so where did the other piece come from? • Number 4. The Bowl of Pears • During the scene when Audrey throws the glass bowl at Chad, she first dumps the pears out, and we can see five pears on the table, but after she throws the bowl, there are only three pears on the table. • Number 3. Jay and Carlos Switch Places • After Audrey turns Mal into an old hag, the Vk’s head to the isle on their bikes. The camera is shooting from behind them while they are riding and you see Carlos on the right of Mal and Jay on the left, but when the camera changes angles and starts shooting from the front, you notice that Jay and Carlos have switched places. • Number 2. What Happened to Mal’s Purple Limo? • Just wondering, with Mal being so old that she could barely walk, why is she riding on a motorbike instead of driving in her beautiful purple decked out limo? Ok, this is kinda nitpicking, but still! • Number 1. Missing Part From The Trailer • Because I was so anxious to see the movie I ended up watching the trailer around 56 times give or take, so when I finally got to see the movie, I noticed all the parts that were in the trailer but one… Whatever happened to the part when Hades says, “You shouldn’t have come here”? • Obviously despite all this, we still love Descendants 3, and anyway there is no movie in the cinema history that has no flaws.
