How to make Belizean Recado Chicken stew chicken

Belize Recado Chicken: • I don’t have exact measurements-sorry! • Wash chicken thoroughly with water and lime. • Marinate chicken in ingredients listed below: • I love to make extra and keep marinated chicken in freezer for Sunday lunches. • Recado paste (very essential) dissolve in water like shown. Generous amount. • Consomé (very essential) generous amount • Garlic powder OR real garlic minced (essential) • Salt (essential) • Black Pepper (essential) • Season all (essential) generous amount • Complete seasoning (essential) • BBQ sauce (optional) not a lot. • Soy sauce • Liquid smoke. Very sparingly (optional) • Fry chicken in: • Sugar (optional) • Coconut oil -enough to lightly cover the pan. • Add finely diced vegetables whenever you’d like. Either after the chicken has browned a while or once it’s nearly done. • Cilantro • Habanero pepper (optional) • Onions • Tomato • Green pepper (optional) • Lime • links to ingredients that might be harder to find: • Recado paste: https://caribbeanspicebelize.com/prod... • This also works REALLY good for a replacement for just the recado paste seasoning. Not to be confused with the other season all that is a powder and completely different.
