INSTANT OATS DOSA (BREAKFAST RECIPE) • ●INGREDIENTS:- • Oats-2 cups • Onion-1 medium sized sliced • Green chilli-2 • Water-1 cup • ●METHOD:- • 1.In a Bowl add oats and water and Soak it for 10-15 minutes • 2.Then add it into a blender add Onion,Green chilli,salt to taste and blend it to a Smooth paste add water if needed to adjust the consistency • 3.
