UPDATE (5-5-14): With the release of Scylla, changes to the structure of the cache have rendered EVE Mentat non-functional. It appears that EVE Mentat is no longer being updated, but a new program called Evernus appears to offer the same functionality, along with a nearly identical interface, but is updated for Scylla.
