A good green chili sauce, I will say is one essential condiment you need in your kitchen. Comes in handy when you want to give a spicy kick to any dish. A great dipping sauce, the perfect marinade for your fish and meats, I could go on and on about a guy you need to make this sauce. I really hope you make it though.
