How To Make A Delicious Pan de Coco With Langka • Ingredients: • Prepare The Yeast Mixture • 1 Cup Warm Milk • 1 tbsp White Sugar • 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast • Prepare The Dough • 3 Cups All Purpose Flour • 1/4 Cup White Sugar • 1 tsp Salt • 1 Large Egg • 1/3 Cup Melted Butter • Coco Filling • 1 Cup Coconut Milk • 2 Cups Coconut Flakes • 1 Cup Brown Sugar • 1/2 Cup Sweet Jackfruit • Egg Wash • 1 Egg + 1 tsp Milk • Cooking Instructions: • Prepare Coco Filling • 1. Simmer Coconut Flakes and Sweet Jackfruit in coconut milk and mix with brown sugar. Continue to mix until it becomes thick. Set aside and let it cool. • Prepare The Yeast Mixture • 1. Mix warm milk, white sugar and dry yeast. Set aside for 5 minutes. • Prepare The Dough • 1. Mix flour, sugar and salt. Pour yeast mixture and add egg and butter. Knead for 10 minutes. Move to a bowl wiped with oil. Cover with damped cloth or cling wrap. Set aside for 1 hour or until the size is doubled. • Prepare To Bake • 1. Knead the dough for a minute to remove excess bubbles. • 2. Slice to desired size. Flatten and add the filling. • 3. Preheat oven to 175 °C • 4. Mold to baking pan and cover with cloth for 30~40 minutes or until the size is doubled. • 5. Brush with egg wash. • 6.
