Don't let its name fool you. This inexpensive colorful drone is an easy and gentle flier. It's perfect for helping beginner fliers to learn the basics of drone controls. Find it here https://amzn.to/3bdSvkN • Pros • Small, easily portable, and light weight at only 68 grams. This drone does not require registration. • Very gentle flier in beginner rate. Should make a perfect first drone for beginner fliers. • Colorful LED's for indoor flying, or outdoors at dusk. • Features include altitude hold, headless mode, one key return, auto takeoff and landing, and automatic flip control. • Come with two 3.8V 710mah batteries to keep you flying. Each battery provides about 7 minutes of flight time. • Cons • Most of the buttons on the controller are unmarked. It might be a good idea to label them as I did until you get the hang of what each button does. • It has brushed motors that will wear out and eventually need to be replaced. To improve motor longevity, limit doing flips with the drone. Repeated flips well stress the motors, and can cause early motor failure. It's also recommended to provide a 15 minute rest period between flights to cool down the motors. • Affiliate links: At no cost to you, I do receive a small commission for sales resulting from these links. • This video along with every video of the Quadcopter 101 channel was produced and edited with VSDC Free Video Editor.
