She is a graduate of Harvard University, has an MBA from INSEAD in France and is currently writing a PhD with Cambridge University in the UK. Prior to working for the Israeli Government she worked as a consultant with McKinsey and Co. in New York and a Managing Partner with Koor Corporate Venture Capital in Israel. She is currently completing her second book, which is titled Back to Basics and proposes detailed policy solutions for fixing Israel's education system. Her first book Founders, Fighters and Us -- Of Israel's Young Generation was published in Israel in 2003. She writes regularly for Ynet in Hebrew and English and her editorials have been published also in the Israeli daily Haaretz and The Jerusalem Post.
