Easy solution for common water leak on Toyota sunroof (moon-roof). • NOTE: The second most common problem for water on the floor boards (after the moon-roof), is that the drain hose on the A/C evaporator housing has come off. It is possible for a passenger's foot to dislodge this hose under the dashboard. On most Toyotas, this hose and it's respective nipple can be found under the dash, directly right of the center hump. This hose passes from the drain nipple directly through a flexible rubber sealing gasket in the floorboard. When this hose is dislodged, the water draining from the evap-housing runs down the drive-shaft center tunnel and soaks into the jute-felt of the carpet.
