COLD WINTERS DAY 5K FULL RACE amp OVERALL AWARDS

The 2022 Cold Winter's Day 5K was held in Forest Lake, SC adjacent to Columbia, and put on by Strictly Running. About 250 participants pushed the run over the course. There were flats, uphills, downhills, and everything in between. • This video shows many of the participants and crowd before and after the race, my full race (including me talking to my dog Coach Fluffy), many others finishing and the overall Men's, Women's and Division Winners. • Excellent race that I have run several times. This year it was 20 degrees warmer (60) than 2021 (40).
