I am challenging myself to see how far I can push cyanotypes and other non-camera photography. I will also be creating collages with these collages in the future. • Help fuel more creative experiments in the darkroom! There are two beginner options to create your first Cyanotype- If it's your first time I recommend using the pre-treated cyanotype paper which is ready to use out of the bag. For more advanced Cyanotypes mix Jacquard's Part A and Part B chemical solutions if you want to try cyanotypes on other objects. • Steps: • 1. Place objects on the treated paper in a dark/shadowy area. • 2. If objects are flat, add a piece of plexiglass on top to hold it in place. • 3. Expose to the Sun for 2 minutes. (If it is overcast, it can take much longer- up to 20 mins) • 4. Place paper in a water bath and add a splash of Hydrogen Peroxide. • 5. Rinse and dry • Have Fun! • https://www.mollieserena.com/
